This is my life, my journey...No Excuses, No Regrets and Anything is Possible! From my max of 307lbs, join me on my collective journey where I learn everyday and take the journey head on to fight the good fight that is FOOD. I'm currently ~205lbs and live a Keto Lifestyle on the daily. I have an amazing wife and 2 wonderful kids that I want to live forever for and be on this earth to enjoy every minute of it. No More Excuses is what I'm about now, I think it sums it all up for my journey that I call life. I'm the only thing in my way and I've decided to stop making the excuses and push myself beyond all the mental rocks I have put in front of myself. From the point of not working out but eating my emotions daily to now simply getting in the gym 2-3 days a week, eating a keto lifestyle and challenging myself in all kinds of ways. 2022 I decided I would complete my 1st Ironman event and I completed the Full Ironman Arizona event November 20, 2022 in a time of 14hrs and 31 minutes. I can't wait to get after the next thing, what do you suggest? Let's get after it all, don't make the excuses, and let's go get it!!!
