I knowww! Still not over it and it’s been 3 days since I saw it.
IM SO MAD. LIKE even though i knew it was coming i was still so woefully unprepared for it?! oh man and just the longer i think about it the worse it gets because it was just so sudden and it's really scary to think about how a life can end just like that and someone so vibrant and wonderful can just be... gone and I KNOW SHE'S FICTIONAL BUT OH MY GOD it hit home super hard? and andrew's acting in that scene ;;-;;

i still can't get over the writing. i cried because spider-man has been my number one since i was two so i love all those characters regardless and the acting and effects were great. but that plot and random character nonsense. the opening plane scene, the whole we're like brothers even though i haven't seen you since we were ten, etc. i expected the ending but the way they set-up the whole movie left me feeling emotionally manipulated. i don't know, man. i still love everyone involved but yeah.
yeah i mean... there were definitely some things i was cringing at or just going 'what the fuck' over but the heart of the story, the peter/gwen stuff was fantastic (outside of peter's creeping) and heart wrenching and beautiful and i'm sO UPSET
i know tumblr loves dane right now and i know he's a fantastic actor but he just seemed so... wooden in this role? i basically wanted to fastforward through most of his scenes not to the mention the fact that he felt shoe-horned in just so they could recreate gwen's death
