Pulled Pork! We just can't get enough of it! I did an experiment with this shoulder from +5kg. I used a dry cure and no rub! Excellent bark without wrapping but something special happened twice. Unlike my other sessions I skipped the zone twice. Maybe coincidence maybe not? Who will do the test?
