Btw I am finally at the decrease stage of hat!!!!
That was the last pattern row. Now it's just color until it it time for the decrease :D
I enjoy this project so much?!? I can't wait to see it done on my husbands head :D
One completed color gradient. Yellow to red
Now I'll start the actual pattern :D
So, enough knitting for this week 😁
I'll do one more yellow repeat and then I'll finish it on red! I should be done next week!
Today's progress!
I am at the orange red Stage again!
Also i f7cked up the sole majorly, but he'll walking in those, so who cares 🤣
Hi! Your pheonix socks inspired me to knit my own reversible socks (I'm using the design for fireweeds socks on ravelry). After much fiddling I got the heel flap and gusset decreases mostly figured out (closing the gap between the heel flap and the leg was not fun and it still looks a bit wonky but I've accepted it). As I'm approaching the toe I'm getting nervous...I was wondering how you grafted the toe on your socks? Reverse kitchener for the purl side and then kitchener for the knit side?
So it looks like, I decreased to 8 stiches per side (16 total) and just sewed it shut?
Also: YOU MADE THEM WITH A FUCKING HEELFLAP?!?! Those were the bane of my existence! That's why I ditched them all together for the double faced socks!
HOW?!?!?
Edit: also PLEASE tag me if you post them!!!
8 new rows on the sock! 💪
Tomorrow I'll have more time, maybe i can even start decreasing!!!
