Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, Breeze Yoko is a multidisciplinary artist working as an award-winning film maker as well as painting walls. Using a seemingly whimsical visual vocabulary Breeze's murals are usually centered around pan-Africanism while addressing social and political issues. In 2018 Breeze was in Paris where he collaborated with London-based Louis Masai whose work typically focuses on endangered species (painting the elephant to the left); and Jessy Monlouis-Bonnaire, aka Doudou whose work is inspired by a passion for comics and Manga (painting the panda on the right). Together the three created this contribution for the annual @OurcqLivingColors festival, painted on Quai de la Marne beneath the Rue de l"Ourcq. Masai says for him the work represents friends swinging high above the city: "Together we are strong—divided we fall! One Love!" @/louismasai/ @breezeyoko/ @doudoustyleart/
