This has nothing to do with art it is still very exciting for me to share. I have been doing the ketogenic "diet" sine January where I weighed my heaviest of 306lbs well today I weighed in at 255lbs. It is crazy to me that I have lost this much weight and will continue to loss weight. I have tried so many things in the past to loss weight with little to no success. ⚠️Weigh-In Day⚠️ I am down 4.2lbs this week and this brings my total weight loss to...wait for it...50.6lbs!😉✅🍾🌎 I am so happy right now. I committed myself to the process and it is really happening for me, I love ❤️ the ups and the downs of this process because that teaches me what I need to change. I limited my sodium and did some hiit workouts and they helped (plus I caught a little cold) but I am still here and committed. I feeling so happy and blessed. (That's why I do my weigh ins on Sunday to remind me of the bigger picture.)
