OKAY. So. The Chaos Council. What if they had a stone? Or a few Stones?

They need all the help they can get, let's be real

Let me introduce the now named: Agent Did-It, Agent Steep, Mr Agent Stone, Agent do and Agent Dribble

Finally finished the designs for my Sonic Prime Stobotnik au! Meet Agents Pebble, Talus, Stone, Jewel, and Stele the most loyal subjects of the Chaos Council’s Empire.

Some general au rants under the cut if you’re interested. Please feel free to ask me any questions about this au. I’m having so much fun with it right now.

All Agents-

Unlike the Council, who aren’t related despite how they may look and act, the Agents are actually distantly related. Not that they got their jobs through such relations of course, each Agent is very much qualified for what they do. Each Agent has varying responsibilities which they perform flawlessly with much pride. They’re much less public facing in their duties and so aren’t very well known by citizens which creates a lot of rumors and speculation.

Agent Pebble-

In truth no one thought Dr Babble should be left without supervision. The hope was that the more emotionally intelligent Agent Pebble may mellow Babble out. In hindsight the mistake is obvious. The toddler’s quickly became inseparable and any attempt to keep them away from one another for long will result in a major tantrum from Dr Babble. Pebble just encourages Babble more than anything.

While Dr Babble is a heavy hitter who enjoys getting his hands dirty, Agent Pebble keeps an eye on things at base, keeping in contact through comms and video. Pebble keeps the menial tasks running smoothly while Babble cracks down on the citizens of their sector with his mech.

Agent Talus-

Agent Talus and Dr Don’t keep close to one another most of the time, both of their duties being performed through screens. Talus actually takes his duties very seriously, kind of a straight A student type. It is his opinion that his #1 task is to make Don’t’s life easier and he genuinely does enjoy his work. The two have become quite close. They can often be found sitting together in complete silence on their screens. (Yes they do text while sitting practically on top of each other and only occasionally talk aloud when sharing memes.)

I also think it important to note that Agent Talus does ride a skateboard. He’s also not very good at video games but he is getting better, he’s much better with board games.

Talus is also taller than Dr Don’t. It’s a point of much teasing.

Agent Stone-

There’s really not too much different about Agent Stone compared to your typical version of Agent Stone. He stays very close to Mr Doctor Eggman keeping in line with his original job as bodyguard but his duties have expanded significantly since then. He keeps tabs on each member of the Council and their Agents, making sure everything is running smoothly. Stone is practically the dad for all the younger members.

When Mr Doctor Eggman decided to experiment with his style Agent Stone was skeptical but that didn’t stop him from changing his own style to match. Stone decided his motorcycle outfit would fit nicely. Despite this, Agent Stone and Mr Doctor Eggman are not actually officially together. Everyone knows they like each other but for some reason neither are willing to admit to it (it’s infuriating). Stone also actually prefers Mr Doctor without the toupee but he supports the man fully in whatever makes him happy.

Agent Jewel-

On the outside Agent Jewel seems to be the quiet type but in private he’s very talkative, this suits Dr Deep perfectly. They often find themselves in deep (lol) conversations while together. While at work Agent Jewel stays in the shadows out of sight, in a fight Deep flies around and strikes up close with this katanas and Jewel finds a good angle and distance to pick off opponents with his sniper. They work very well together. Jewel, like every Agent is good at all types of combat.

Fun fact: Agent Jewel and Dr Deep are actually engaged. They have been for a while, not really in any rush to get married just enjoying their time together. The wedding has been planned since before they got the rings.

Also Agent Jewel is the one that did all their tattoos and hair dye. He’s in the process of teaching Talus all he knows.

Agent Stele-

Agent Stele and Dr Done-It are an old married couple, literally. They got married before New Yolk City was even a concept. They’ve been working together for even longer. They have the kind of relationship where they say whatever around each other and know what the other is thinking at all times. Fights perfectly planned and executed for the drama more than anything else. Dr Done-It trusts his husband completely to run their sector while he does other things.

Agent Stele knits cause I love the head-canon that Stone knits. He also does quilting, general sewing, painting, baking, and cooking. He passes down all these hobbies to the other Agents.

Both Agent Stele and Dr Done-It share a verity of mobility aids.

Sonic AU August - Day 6: Guidance

can you please do a platonic chaos council x reader so the reader was from the prime verse and is the daughter of eggman she was caught up in everything the reader is also dating neo metal sonic (sonic heroes never happened) so when the reader and neo metal sonic find them self's in new yoke city they go into hiding with neo using his shape shifting ability to disguise himself as an organic looking version of him self. now with the chaos council they see the reader and neo walking the streets but luckily the reader was using something that can disguise herself as a mobian but the chaos council aren't folled and captured the reader and neo they are shocked to find out that neo is a robot and that the reader is human but what shocked them most was there memories because when the chaos council used a device that can look into others memories they find out that the reader is basically related to them and they all accept the reader into the chaos council and basically allow neo to date the reader

During the events of Sonic Prime Season 1, you were always hanging out with Neo Metal Sonic since you were dating him

But you often engaged with your Dad’s, Dr Eggman’s battles with Sonic and his friends

Until Sonic was going near the shards, you somehow accidentally slipped in and Neo Metal Sonic immediately went in to swoop in to save you

But it was too late as you two were knocked in the Shatterverse and landed in a new world

Neo Metal Sonic still held you in his arms to make sure you weren’t hurt, even if you were fine

You two decided to take a look around and see that everyone looks like what your Dad would make

You even see mobians looking all sad and gloomy, you and Neo Metal Sonic shapeshifted into organic disguises with Mobian forms

But a group noticed you two, knowing you two are definitely not from here

Then you and Neo have been captured by… the Chaos Council

But noticed and was shock to find out Neo was actually a robot and you were human

Always gathered information from you and their memories that you are their daughter

Now this is was very interesting

Mr. Dr Eggman already treated you like your his daughter which he isn’t wrong, showing you the wonders of New Yoke City and the controls here

He is too also impressed by Neo Metal Sonic with his abilities and skills, definitely approves your guys relationship

Dr Done-It doesn’t like young people (literally says in his wiki) but he definitely loves and treats you as his grandchild, always tells you his glorious moments and his wonderful ideas

Like Mr. Dr Eggman, impressed by Neo Metal Sonic with too his abilities, suggests that Neo can become bigger, also he approves of your guys relationship

Dr Don’t is interested in you and treats you like his sister, he allows you to play video games on his device and tells you everything about it

He was fascinated by Neo Metal Sonic too, also approves your guys relationship

Dr Deep was like that weird uncle towards you, always having you engaged in Yoga and showing off his skills

Dr Deep suggested giving Neo Metal Sonic laser eyes, aside from that approves your guys relationship

Dr Babble… he was something, but he seemed to be interested in you and starts babbling about… something, you and Neo had no idea what he was talking about

He took a liking towards you though and approves your relationship with Neo

Neo feels weirded out by the amount of Eggman’s in one room but pushed through for you

Overall, the Chaos Council is surprised to have someone like you but took a liking and welcomed you to the family

And with Neo he still loves you regardless of how weird this is

Alright, so hear me out on this, but that post of yours detailing the relationship between the Eggman Council and the reader got me thinking, what if there’s a group equivalent to the council but with the reader? Like a group of differing readers coinciding with the Eggman Council, with the reader that enters the world with Sonic filling the Mr Dr Eggman role? Just a group that may go against the council in some way and has different dynamics to look into. Sorry if that sounds confusing, but I’ve been stewing over this and figured I’d share!

Some little names for the counterparts: Dr./Mx./Miss/Mr. Jibber, Won’t, Dr. Reader, Depth, and Over-it

Anyways, at first I actually thought about a "council of readers" being like agent Stone but multiplied, except the doctors are secretly in love with their reader but do not want to admit.

Dr Babble's reader would prefer napping instead of planning whatever to make the civilians suffer, though they'd accept play dates with Babble whenever he decided to act like an actual baby. Babble does not understand why his reader likes playing with fluffy toys more than weapons.. but if it makes them happy it makes him happy!

For Dr Don't I'm wondering if his reader would be his total opposite, or an "emo" like him. But for the sake of the rest of the post, they'll be the typical angsty hating everything teen/young adult.

So, his reader would also like playing video games and ignoring everyone else, except him of course. I've stated this before but in my head Don't's a tsundere, so he'll actually do many things for them like get defensive when the council questions their relationship or simply drop their favourite snacks whenever they're gaming. He won't admit it, but his reader is a slightly less annoying living being, so he'll keep them around.

Mr Dr Eggman's reader is super prideful, just like him. They'd always be seen by his side, even if the sky is falling. Don't tell anyone I'm telling you this but he evens asks for their opinion on things. Not that it matters much... But it gives him an outside perspective or something like that. I'm sure he just wants to hear them talk tho.

Dr Deep's reader is highly superficial, liking to keep their appearance neat and unnaturally tidy, as if they're a porcelain doll on display. I also think it'd be fun if they wore some type of traditional Japanese clothing or something referencing it, as Deep's mech resembles a samurai if I'm not mistaken.

Dr Done-it and his reader would actually be married! They're exactly like those old couples that are always fighting for the stupidest tiniest things, and when they aren't it's because Done-it is sleeping. Jokes aside, although he's not one to directly say "I love you", he has learned how to crochet and sew just to give them things made by him, no young useless hands involved.

Though, leading more towards your idea now, I think it'd work like this:

Dr Babble's counterpart would still be a baby reader that prefers napping over anything else, and I like to imagine he is immensely jealous of them as he doesn't get the privilege of acting like a baby 24/7. To be honest I don't think the rest of the council, except for maybe Deep, would get him baby toys, so he simply makes his own referring reader's.

Dr Don't's counterpart would not be bothered by the rest of the reader council, at least not so much, and it'd cause a slight envy on Don't. He doesn't really care about the council as long as he has his video games and his room, but seeing that they're barely called out by their council and it seems they're genuinely loved kinda stirs something in him.

Their views on games would be totally different though, with reader thinking video games are a way for anyone to express themselves and let others know while Don't would think they're just made to be fun.

Mr Dr Eggman's counterpart is who orchestrated for their council to exist, and I feel like their motivation would be restoring freedom, so they'd hope to form an alliance with the resistance. I think it'd be funny if they were married but because of him wanting a dictatorship they demanded a divorce and now want their former husband GONE.

Dr Deep's counterpart would also have a very heavy Asian resemblence, yet I think it'd be a great fit if it wasn't Japanese but Indian or Thai instead. In my head it'd be cool if they're the opposite of Japanese beauty standards too. They have a huge rivalry, and even if Deep doesn't want to admit it, they stopped wanting each other's throats and are.. starting to want eachother instead. Oh no.

I also wanted Dr Done-it's counterpart to have a past with him, but unlike Mr Dr Eggman and his reader, Dr Done-it's would be a past business partner who he valued deeply but forgot about as the chaos council was formed, making them join the rest of the readers. At first they just wanted him to come back to his senses but when you're old there's not much you can really do. So they just help around and try to bring back rights to the people.

Idk what to call them honestly, and I think that's something YOU have to decide, you're them after all.

I don't know if anyone else has talked about this already but, oh well!

So anyway, let's talk about the Chaos Council. It's made up of five different versions of Eggman.

Now remember my theory on how all the alternates are basically shattered parts of the original? That they're the aspects of the main characters taken to the extreme? Well, I believe the presence of the Chaos Council proves that theory. Cuz when you notice, there are no alternates of Eggman anywhere else throughout the Shatterverses but there are alternates of everyone else. This means all the Eggman alternates are in one place, aka New Yoke, as part of the CC. Why does that serve to prove that the alternates are shattered parts of a whole? Well, for many reasons but I'm gonna talk about three major ones.

Firstly, something that Mister Dr. Eggman said struck a chord while I was rewatching the premiere episode. While introducing the Chaos Council to Sonic, he said,

"One makes five, five makes one."

This dialogue literally and very clearly hints at them being 5 parts of a whole. A major clue or a foreshadowing if you will.

Secondly, their personalities. They all clearly reflect a certain major trait of Eggman. Introduction wise, Dr. Done-It is an aged man who likes to yell orders and complain.

He is literally, as Sonic would put it, a grumpy old man. That's the part of Eggman which gets annoyed at all the failed plans and groans in agitation and yells at his creations and curses out Sonic. Also the part that keeps urging to get a move on.

Next, there's Dr. Deep.

If his name and mannerisms aren't hinting enough, that's the part of Eggman that sometimes comes up at the end of the adventure when he's standing alone somewhere. The philosophical part, the part that expressed his feelings on Gerald, the part that would sometimes save Sonic because it wouldn't be a victory unless he's the one defeating his opponent. But this is not all, Deep is also the part which holds all of Eggman's battle prowess and drip. In short, he's the right-brained part of Eggman.

As for Dr. Don't, the emo teenager.

This is the guy who points out a clear cut obvious answer instead of dawdling . And he controls some remote features of the headquarters. He's constantly playing videogames and answers questions without even looking up. His brain is probably in constant activity, figuring things out, forming deductions and conclusions. This is the scientist side of Eggman. The one that holds 300 IQ and internally goes, "I'm surrounded by idiots." The one which is unable to get along with anyone because no one can think on his motive and level.

And then there's Babble, aka the angry baby.

One would think why someone like Eggman would have a baby as a part of his personality, right? Well, this baby is the most like Eggman out of all of them. Hear me out! Dr. Babble represents the anger and ruthlessness in Eggman. Babble, out of all of them, is Eggman's evil side. Babble loves torturing his victims and enjoys it, he demands that they harm their opponents and is merciless. Babble represents the part of Eggman that... destroyed the moon (get out of my head Snapcube dubs), unleashed the Metal Virus, Roboticizes mobians, all the mean stuff. And finally, the baby whines, a lot. All of Eggman's whining is squeezed in this one tiny baby.

Finally, the main member, Mister Dr. Eggman.

In my opinion, this guy is the aspect of Eggman that gloats and showboats. The one who gets absolutely smug and giddy if the plans are working, the part of Eggman that lets out those loud evil cackles and monologues. The face, so to speak. He is the part that makes Eggman go overconfident or reveal his plans or manipulates or banters, the part that makes him put his face as a logo on everything, the part that makes him build showy mechs and aircrafts and stuff.

Now that these people are discussed as various aspects of Eggman, let's get to the third and final major reason which indicates why the alternates are aspects of the originals; the Prism shards. When the Paradox Prism broke, it was broken up into five shards; yellow, red, blue, green, purple. There are five shards and five Eggman alternates.

But wait.

Why are there five alternates of Eggman when we have only come across three for the rest of the characters? Why don't the numbers add up? Well, good question. And my theory is that since the Prism broke up into five shards, there should be five sets of everything! Five shards, five Shatterworlds, five sets of alternates. There are already five of Eggman. This means there are still two shards missing and two sets of alternates we haven't seen. We know the purple shard belongs to The Grim because its gateway was purple and its entrance was in the shape of the purple shard. And we haven't seen Rouge's main alternate like we've seen Nine, Thorn and Dread. That's going to be the world where the yellow shard resides.

But this all leaves another mystery. Five shards means five worlds and five sets of alternates, right? We already know about all five alternates of Eggman, we already know the colors of the five shards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Purple), and we know about four of the five worlds while the one associated with yellow shard hasn't been shown in the series yet. That world would contain its own set of alternates. That makes four sets of alternates. What about the fifth? Where are the alternates that, logically, should belong to The Grim? Where are they? Excluding yellow, what happened to the fifth world and its alternates? Where is the purple Shard that is associated with The Grim? What happened to this world and its inhabitants?
