How Thomas Met Remy Part 1

           “Emile! Emile! Emile Where are you?!” Thomas calls as he walks, Logan walks next to him looking through the gaps in the trees listening carefully for noises out of the ordinary.

“Why isn’t he responding! Do think he got hurt? What if he’s in trouble! EMILE!”

“Thomas relax I’m sure he’s fine, He probably lost track of time and decided to find shelter for the coming storm. He is the same size or larger than most of the animals in this forest, bar other dragons, domesticated or not, he has the advantage in any altercations he may have come across.” Logan continues to assure Thomas while leading him towards large cave. “Here, sit. There is thunderstorm starting. I will start a fire and you shall wait here to keep warm and dry.”

“But-” Thomas started, trying to move for the exit.

“No buts,” Logan stepped in front and stopped him “I have better eyesight, I am faster on ground and in the air, I wont fall ill from a little water, I will continue to search for Emile while you stay here. Safe.”

Thomas grumbled and sat down. Just because Logan was right didn’t mean he had to like it. He was just really worried okay. He knows Emile is more than capable of caring for himself, but any number of things could happen to a little dragon who normally sleeps in a macramé bed surrounded by plushies from his favorite shows. What if he came across a wild dragon? Sure, Logan seems nice but there’s more than just him in these woods. He could be lost! He’s probably scared! He-

Thomas is snapped out of his thoughts by Logan dropping a pile of sticks in front of him. “Thomas, I understand this is a distressing situation for you but must remain calm. I am certain Emile will be found soon. Would you like me to remain here a moment longer, until you are feeling calm again, or are you sufficient for me to leave?”

Thomas looks at Logan through the fire. He looks so composed, so calm, like Thomas can trust him, like if he says everything will be okay then everything will be okay. He trusts him. “No. Thank you Logan, you can leave, I’ll stay here.” Logan nods and heads to the edge of the cave where he launches into the sky. Thomas huddles closer to the fire and anxiously awaits Logan’s (and hopefully Emile’s) safe return.

PLOT: Deceit was plotting to take over the kingdom and so he sent spies like Virgil to go gather information from people who worked for the king, Thomas. That's where Virgil met the three other sides. Virgil and the others got closer to the point of relationship and they all loved and protected each other. Now, Deceit has killed Thomas and taken over the kingdom, ordering all spies to kill the people they got their information from. Virgil is reluctant to kill the other but Deceit threatened to kill him unless he did so. Virgil tried to get the others to leave but they wouldn't so he killed them off one by one, angering Roman who charged Virgil. In the end, Roman loses and Virgil decapitates him. Virgil goes to Deceit and tell him he successfully killed them, looking over in jealousy at Remy and Picani. He then goes to the basement to look at the three others banners as a symbol of rememberance and he has flash backs of the past. The End.

I drew Deceit as a Dragon, to add this wonderful new villain to the roster of the Sanders Sides that I’ve drawn as dragons. If you haven’t seen my other Dragon sides, you can take a look here. 

Random tidbit: He actually isn’t a dragon! Well, kinda. Y’see, there are a lot of different types of dragons. But for Deceit, I decided I wanted to try a different type of Dragon. So, I chose a Wyrm! That’s the type of magic dragon that you see in movies like Spirited Away. Kinda like flying serpents with optional wings.

Long explanation short, I drew Deceit as a snake with wings cause he’s a snek boy <3

I did myself a mischief, so it’s been slow going working on this. Good to be drawing again.

How Thomas Met Logan

 I couldn't fit it into a normal story so you get a bullet-fic 

       Logan is already in a clan with Roman at this point.

         Logan frequently goes on walks to, as he puts it, “avoid absorbing Roman’s ignorance.”

         Really, he’s just going near the edge of the forest and he doesn’t want to risk Roman getting hurt or spotted by hunters.

         On one of these strolls he watches Thomas and Emile, who are on a walk along the edge of the woods, from one of his hidden plateau perches in a nearby tree.

         Thomas is pretty tired so decides to settle against a tree, Logan’s tree, for a nap.

         Once he falls asleep Emile acknowledges Lo and asks him to watch him Thomas for a few moments while he goes to get some berries he saw earlier.

         Logan, shocked by the trusting nature of this small dragon, agrees.

         Emile leaves and Logan Cautiously climbs down and slowly noses about Thomas and his things.

         A few minutes later Thomas wakes up and starts to freak out over a much larger and unfamiliar dragon in front of him and no Emile in sight.

         Logan calmly walks him through the 4-7-8 breathing exercises. Once Thomas is calmer, he explains that no, he did not eat Emile. Honestly, such a rude assumption to make.

         Once Logan finishes explaining the situation and Thomas is sufficiently out of a panic attack, Thomas just starts to talk with Logan.

         Logan is very surprised.

         This human isn’t scared

         This human isn’t running away

         This human is TALKING TO HIM!

         (Is this Human okay?)

         Logan tentatively asks Thomas one of his questions about human life and Thomas just answers him.

         Without hesitation, fear, or annoyance.

         Whot?!

         (Oh, he likes this human)

         After a pleasant conversation Thomas grows worried. The sun is setting, and Emile still isn’t back.

         Logan, knowing how dangerous the forest is for unprepared humans and trusting dragons, suggests that he joins Thomas as he searches for Emile.
