first: thank you @microficmay​ for putting on such an incredible challenge! what a month! this was my first time writing microfics, and as someone who considers themselves a maximalist, stylistically, this absolutely lived up to its billing as a challenge. i won’t pretend it wasn’t difficult at times, and i won’t pretend there weren’t days where i sat on my couch and glared at google docs, begging fifty to be more words than it is. but i’m (gird your loins) proud of myself for sticking with it. it was in the end a very lovely time.
