Aaaaaa thank you!  I keep forgetting that we can explore properly on our birbs now so I didn’t even think of that.  

So there you go anyone else struggling to spawn them!  They are on the big stone arcs, and don’t worry about falling off mid battle you do get warp points for them.  

Now I am going to explode with happiness because of getting to go against the Dread Behemoth again MY PRECIOUS FLUFFY PUPPER LET ME DESTROY YOU ♥♥♥

You know that Dread Behemoth near Hammerhead/Longwythe for the current timed mission (as of 16-3-17), and how you said that you had to have Ignis cook that Lasagna al Forno to stand a chance against it? I managed to kill it after having Iggy cook Roc of Ravatogh Rice. It took me like half an hour, since the guys were level 70-something, and PROMPTO WOULDN'T STOP FUCKING DYING, but I did it. That boss is absolute bullshit, I swear.

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice! Gz~ Ooooooooh I can see that working!  See I loved the Lasagne because it nullified that stupid blizzard attack which is what I found to be the biggest pain in the ass. Plus the +4000 hp so insta 9999 health o/ but I think that is a level 80 perk? either way you are much braver than I!  I did it on my lvl 100 save and still spent most the time just screaming and flailing for my life trying to keep Ignis alive for overwhelm, but I think I only used like 2 phoenix downs on my kill run as opposed to the approximately 7503 I used when I first ran into him thinking ‘pffft it won’t be that hard’

He is utter bullshit and I love it! 10/10 love me a good behemoth every now and a then. Now I will just eagerly await the Cerberus hunt and probably try and beat my time on the behemoth in the mean time o/

Final Fantasy XV timed quest - LVL 140 Dread Behemoth.

I made a lot of mistakes for this quest. I hit him with a Quad Firaga spell which healed him for 9999 HP 4-times. Then I keep forgetting to equip Bow of the Clever when I use Ignis' Overwhelm. If I didn't make these mistakes, the fight would be a lot quicker.

For preparation, eat the Lasagna al Forno in Altissia (or have Ignis make it if you have the ingredients) to negate the damage of Dread Behemoth's insane ice magic.

Use Overwhelm + Bow of the Clever, Armiger + Armiger Chain, and Warp Strikes to deal damage. Don't even bother hitting it normally because of its high defense.

Also, bring lots of healing items because this thing can hit you for 9,000+ damage easy.
