I just had a dream and you were in it

So, it was

"I wanna go home"

The DM looks shocked for just a moment before smiling and saying, "Talk to your other party members"

The dnd table fades into a fantasy setting, the character from which I'm watching from can barely move, just barely crawling on their stiff and heavy limbs as they look at their other two group members

One says "But your cousin just left? You've been here since you were..." They trail off, leaving the other to finish their train of thought, "Since you were eleven..."

They both look behind the pov person, fear and resignation in their expressions. The pov character looks around at the monster right behind them that looks ready to kill and-

The dream gets completely interrupted by a post from you about mayonnaise read by @ZacSpeaksGiant on YouTube

Not kidding, last night I had the weirdest dream. Shockingly, drugs were not involved. (I think I just ate too much cheese). So, basically, I arrived in this weird after-life place. I instantly knew it was a weird after-life place. It was an old building full of wooden desks and red alien-looking dudes.

Me: ‘So I am dead, right? Like Kristen Bell in that show?’

Red alien-looking dude  ‘Yes. You died in your sleep.’

Me: ‘My mother, my poor mother. So...am I in hell?’

Alien-looking dude: ‘Not quite. Not for another three months.’

I kept glancing around for my dad: ‘I want to see a familiar face.’ 

One of the very few dreams I have had where I work up shaking.
