Trust Kianthe and Reyna and their instincts. And know that the second quartet will open with a pirate war on the Southern Seas, where a young pirate captain is attempting to overthrow Dreggs.

Therefore..... Dreggs will be present. (With fancy new she/her pronouns!)

In the issue, Yuga Khan escaped his imprisonment and destroyed Velos. Darkseid granted Necromina the Mortis Mark to raise an undead army to capture Orion.
