Here's a thought: "Even when your up ALL night with a sick baby, is it possible to feel rested and of sound mind?" It was for me today. Granted I haven't been up all night for days or weeks, but I still got up early, got to work and cranked out the results! I'm so blessed and so grateful for the new beliefs that are literally making it a breeze to do what I actually want to be doing. Before I did this mental exercise I was struggling with even the thought if waking up before 9am...and it was a battle every day to try to get into gear...
