Dried Anaheim peppers

These peppers took two whole days in the oven to dry fully. But the end result is so worth it.

These peppers will last so much longer and since I do make more texmex food than any other cuisine, they will definitely come in handy!

Made these cute little bundles from the dead plants I had outside. Tucson summer might’ve killed them, but it’s a good thing I love dead things. Happy October 🖤🌿
