I simply love Drift and Ratchet and I wanted to draw them from quite a lot 💖!

Got the chance with this commission to finally do and they melt my heart 🥹 The style is ofc TFP inclined 😘. Uuh Primus my babies ❤️‍🔥 (or also old mech yaoi).

Weeeell, is not exactly what you asked but I was already doing this short and somehow actually reply the answer?

Yes I sometime said that RiD 2015 is not my fave show, mainly because is the sequel of TFPrime and the two shows don't communicate very well together, but I somehow appreciate Drift as a grumpy and severe dad and sooooo... Anyway I'm quite busy this months (March\April\May) bc is a full convention season (and I hope to get the chance to put some money aside since is not a great period), but I would really draw Drift playing or teaching something to the other sparklings <3. (NOTE: I am terrified of Knockout meeting Drift.)

Ratchet sued him so hard he got the company (the faction), the workers (the workers insert-con), the land (the ship), and the bitches (Wavewave).

All just for him and his surprise mystery baby that he is going to love and raid with his new young lover drift that will tech her all about swords and maybe even train her to make a new sword for (use her tail).

And yes, after some embarassed start, Drift seen in Megatronia a quite skilled and gifted warrior and give her some lessons (buuut I'm not sure Ratchet would approve that her daughter got trained as sparkling).

Anyway, Drift's pupils are not so... enthusiastic.

Young Drift (wich was old inside) VS Old Drift (wich clearly entered his middle age like he reformatted his entire processors, software and hardware).

Aka Drift ascending to the "I will absolutely spoil* the daughter of my sparkdestinated one".

And his other sons are like "Dad are we a joke?"

*which means that training will be exactly harsh as what he gave to Slipastream and Jetstorm, but he learned to give praise 🥲

Hello! So Slipstream & Jetstorm were Drift's students long ago when they were sparklings (and pretty much like in RiD2015, Drift left Shadow Raker to bring the two away from decepticons), and at "the Sparklings Deal" events, the two have now become adults (they are older than Atalanta or Windrider).

But being big grown robots doesn't erase their "Sensei habits" at all.

So, yes neither Slipstream or Jetstorm still got used to Drift "new" (like who knows 2.000 years old "be new") gentle samurai style.
