so they're gonna completely ignore the fact that raising dean from hell was heaven's order cuz god had work for dean. it was planned and it was a protected attempt (they had sent a garrison led by cas, not JUST cas) and cas raised sam from hell cuz sam was his friend, no orders from heaven, no army. besides, sam was locked in the cage with two frigging archangels...it was fucking risky but sure.... whatever feeds your fragile ship
