he might not have seen it had she not asked. at first, kieran was willing. it was more of a party trick, this part of him, than anything. there's a moment of effort, a beat as he focuses. ( you shouldn't have, and it shocks dread through your system ). it was a gossamer color he'd never seen. gray at the edges, lingering, but not in the way he saw death come for people.

okay the last one was kinda nsfw so im gonna go in the exact opposite direction and make this one angsty: Tony spent years begging Rhodey to get matching tattoos and Rhodey refused because he hated the thought of having something so permanent on his skin (and needles freaked him out)

After the funeral though, Happy drives him to the nearest tattoo parlour - and he gets two tattoos: a small arc reactor on the inside of his left ring finger, and the outline of a platypus just above his right ankle, to match the one he knows Tony had on his left ankle

so Peter loves touching MJ. it’s not even sexual he just loves being close to her, so they’re always connected. holding hands, hand on her back, thighs touching when they sit together, full on cuddling, running a hand through her hair, etc etc. it’s really sweet and borderline annoying for her when she just wants to get up and get snacks and she can’t because he won’t let go of her waist

Now, all the conspiracy theorists would fill forum after forum about ‘Tony Stark is a cyborg! Tony Stark is an android!’, and then he’d get on the internet and cause a PR nightmare because “how the fck can you be so lacking the brain cells to use cyborg and android as synonyms, they aren’t mutually exclusive!’” Really, this was all a disaster waiting to happen and Rhodey didn’t listen to his very valid worries.)

Alright so one of the ways we like to cope is by wearing certain outfits, and often different alters have specific clothes that make them feel more comfortable. Something I haven’t really talked about here is that there’s a specific alter who tends to be more active when I’m struggling with psychosis, she’s a fictional introject of Drusilla from btvs/ats, and obviously has a pretty particular sense of style. I’ve avoided talking about her because I’ve felt kind of ashamed of having her as an introject, but that shame isn’t healthy, and also I think at this point she’s important to talk about. Anyway, I’ve been having some difficult Brain Time the past few days and she’s been around. I recently got two new dresses for her, and I just went to try them on when I realized that I currently don’t have a mirror because my psychosis deemed my mirror Unsafe and I had my dad take it away. I love when coping mechanisms conflict with each other.
