barely awake first thing in the morning mattress flipping mumblelard was not prepared for mid-flip been up for hours boba bedding parkour and we almost catapulted her into the wall ceiling but everyone is ok it's alright

my friend who lives in Alberta says they were taught in school to save their dryer lint from the filter to make emergency fire starting kits for if power goes out or the car breaks down in the tundra. it's just really easy to die of hypothermia in the plains regions of Canada still and dryer lint is excellent at getting fires started. I thought that was a really interesting regional thing

20+ years on, & she still remains one of my most influential instructors & favourite people!
