I was in the middle of writing a post about how funny to me it is that living memory is like "okay everyone in the party has to kill their own mom" (krile also has to kill her own dad) and then for the warrior of light you get otis.

like instead of Your Literal Mom, as energetic and vibrant as she's ever been, as beautiful and angelic as a dead wife on a home video in an action movie, you get an alternate timeline identity splinter of a guy you kind of met for a little bit once
