#dinnertonight Veggie Shish Kebabs with Pork and Shrimp It was not my favorite thing. 🤷🏽♀️ I love to cook, the artistry and the science, converging at my fingertips. I love cooking various ingredients, styles, and different dietary focuses... but this meal was basically everything I don't like. 😅 I'm not interested in eating pork, despite how there are multiple pork dishes I'd love to make. Shrimp make me sad because.....well, how many people can one cow feed? Okay how many shrimp does it take to feed one person? You see? Speaking of cows, I really don't eat beef either! I am essentially an extremely flexible pescatarian, as I eat poultry pretty often, but I've lost my appetite for most meat. I really want to try more and more new grains and vegetables but the grocery stores here all seem to have the same extremely limited variety. 😕 That being said, I really hate onions (I opt for green onions or shallots instead, and like leeks or garlic) and I dislike yellow squash/zucchini, and as for the mushrooms and bell peppers, I like those! ...raw.
