I'm not trans masc.
I'm transitioning to male, not to just look masculine. I am a trans MAN!
I feel a little miffed when people refer to me as trans masc, when that was never the point. I've always been transitioning to be male on the outside and not just inside. I've always been masculine, I'm transitioning to relieve my dysphoria, not just to look like a man, but to be recognized as one, not just as a masculine person/woman.
I'M A MAN! idk, mini weird rant.
God I can't wait for the day I don't have to put on my binder
Talking to your dr about hrt and dysphoria
I had the fear that my dr. Wouldn't believe me about being trans, I worried they would think I was a trender. So here's what I did.
First I lived as a male at work and around friends, for a lot of drs. That's all it will take to "prove" you are trans.
Second, let the dr. Know about your long term health goals. If surgery is your path mention it to your dr. They will realize you are serious.
Third, do your research, your dr will trust that you are knowledgeable if you come in already knowing all the possible side effects from hrt. Good and bad.
Fourth, you want a dr. With experience in trans healthcare because you want to be safe. When you call to make an appointment read up on your dr. Online and ask about their experiences with trans healthcare when you call to make an appointment if you aren't sure if they are lgbt knowledgeable. Traveling to a specialist like an endocrinologist is worth it compared to risking it as the first trans patient of what ever basic dr. Is closest. Plus it shows you are serious about hrt.
Fifth, trender have really fucked up drs visits so tbh you really have to try to pass when you go to your drs. Normal hair color helps if you are in a more conservative area. If you know a trans person already on hrt ask who they saw for it
Finally, drs have to take an oath to do no harm, if they believe hrt would help you then they will give it to you. And maybe they will advise therapy first, and it might not be a bad idea to try a little therapy. And if you have an extremely bad time with ur dr. Then you need to report that dr. To the board in your area or state. There's no room for bad drs. In this economy.
And it's not like therapy means conversion "therapy". Therapy for gender dysphoria has come a long way, it's not just to prove anything. Therapy can help you build a support network to help your transition along. Therapy can give you good coping mechanisms, hormone changes cause a mental change and it can be nice to have some one help you through that.
how take good photos
soft trendercore outfity?? trendersoft???? hell yeahg babey..
Is there like dysphoria for looking like a teen boy instead of the 21 year old man you are? If there is, I have it.
