Novak will face Damir Dzumhur in the first round of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open in Doha on Tuesday at about 7 PM local time (5 PM CET).
It’ll be their second career encounter. The first one was in Paris this year where Novak won 6-2 2-1 after Dzumhur retired due to injury.
Novak is also playing doubles with his brother Marko this week. They beat Ilkel/Shannan Zayid 6-3 3-6 10-6 and are in the second round.
