the image of frank + kit running into ernest + esme at parties is just so funny to imagine in my head ….. comedy gold. they’re also dressed differently since they’re not wearing hotel manager uniforms. random guests at the party are like “wait didn’t i just see you five minutes ago with a different suit on …. and a different date”. also beatrice is probably there with jerome.

Has the reveal of Ingo's baldness/the implication hes been in hisui at least a decade affected e&e?

Only to the extent of writing more drama.

I mean, just imagine, Emmet joining up with a shady scientist and forming a team to go back in time to find Ingo, like, two years after he disappeared. Only to find him after he's lived in the past for a decade. So while Emmet is over here still looking relatively young and crisp, his twin brother has aged up at least a decade and been livng hard off the land.

And thats just the surface level stuff. Don't even get me into the sheer emotional drama all this would cause.

I can't just rewrite the e&e in hisui au. That wouldn't be right. You guys are waiting for part 4 and here I am, busy with schoolwork, thinking about massive changes in the story concept that change, like, a solid portion of the plot.
