i think reobsessing over your middle school hyperfixations in your early 20s is really healthy and therapeutic in general, but specifically for me after spending my pre teen years in the early to mid 2010s obsessing over some of the most classic and popular fandoms on tumblr at the time but not being allowed to have tumblr by my mom who tracked basically everything i did online, versus now being a tumblrina at 21 and reobsessing over all the things i was obsessed with as a kid and would’ve posted on tumblr if i could’ve but now i finally can (plus all the added nostalgia). i may have shown up late to the party but i’m here now, i can talk about dan and phil, fnaf, and the emo trinity for days, babey
