Easy Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake Recipe
When you're busy and want a tasty meal without spending hours in the kitchen, this Easy Chicken Alfredo Noodle Dump and Go recipe is perfect for you. All you have to do is put everything in your slow cooker and let it do its thing!
Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced. 2 cups chicken broth. 1 16 oz jar Alfredo sauce. 8 oz uncooked fettuccine noodles. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup frozen peas. 1 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, add diced chicken breasts. Pour chicken broth and Alfredo sauce over the chicken. Add uncooked fettuccine noodles, grated Parmesan cheese, frozen peas, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and noodles are tender. Once cooked, stir the contents of the slow cooker until the sauce is well combined. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
