Jan. 16th, 2013--Day Three
Today I was not able to go to the gym in the morning because I had work, but I'm going tomorrow morning!
I'm in a reallyyyy hyperrr mooddd right noww. Probably because I should be sleeping, but you never actually fall asleep when you want to, right?
For breakfast I had two peanut granola bars(26 carbs).
Lunch: I can't remember.. Hmm.. I had food. Aha. .... But, what I really had was a wheat wrap with turkey, two slices of pepperoni, lettuce, and spinach. And a little apple.
I didn't have a snack today, mostly because I didn't have time.
EXERCISEEE: I went to the gym and did 25 minutes on the elliptical. Also, I did various arm weights. I really don't want flabby arms. :P and 5 0 ab crunches (:
Dinner: I also had food, like I did for lunch. Hah. I'm forgetting a lot today. :P Hmm.. I had a sandwich with wheat bread, turkey, pepperoni, lettuce, and spinach. Along with that I had three meatballs, a hamburger, just the meat, a little bit of scrambled eggs, anddd.. I think that's it. Most of it is protein, so I think I'm doing alright....? Right?
