Push press; build to a 3rm B. 50 push press for time 155/95 + 15 min amrap: 1 CTB chin ups 1 box jumps (18) 2 CTB chin ups 2 box jumps 3 CTB chin ups 3 box jumps WOD#2 four 2 minute rounds with no rest in between run 100 ft with a 35# kb, 4 scaled rope climbs, then row for cal with time left then 8 min time cap 100 20# wall balls and ring pull ups with whatever time is left
