Caramel Apple Delight Eclair Cake A delicious no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of caramel, apples, and creamy pudding, layered with graham splitters for a delightful treat. Ingredients: 2 packs of graham splitters 2 cups of milk 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz) 1 package of instant butterscotch pudding mix (3.4 oz) 2 cups of heavy cream, whipped 2 large apples, thinly sliced 1/2 cup caramel sauce 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg Optional: crushed nuts or toffee bits for garnish Directions: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla pudding mix, and butterscotch pudding mix until smooth. Let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined. In a 9x13-inch dish, arrange a layer of graham splitters to cover the bottom. Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the graham splitters, then top with a layer of apple slices. Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Add another layer of graham splitters and repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, ending with a pudding layer on top. Cover and refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the graham splitters to soften. Before serving, drizzle more caramel sauce over the top and garnish with crushed nuts or toffee bits if desired.
