Citizen Eco-Drive Stealth Dear Citizen I returned this lovely watch to you with a fault report detailing its failure to charge and hacking movement. Your faults team placed the watch under a charging lamp for two weeks undisturbed. You discovered the watch did not charge and sent it to the service centre, who read your report and did the same test. Diagnosis, faulty. You then returned the watch to me with two service reports advising the watch was faulty and not charging. Thank you! I have since returned the reports and the lump of metal, formerly known as a 'time piece' as it was not repaired and has an additional fault. I did not request the installation of a secondary fault! Interestingly here may I point out that we have both had the watch for two months! I used it to tell the time, you used it to waste mine on error reports advising me of faults I was aware of and to further install upgrades from 'faulty' to 'not working'. If its possible, would you be able to correct the lump of metal previously known as 'time piece' to its designated application or replace it with one that will? Crazy request I know! I have taken to using a stick driven into the ground in the interim but find its firstly not portable and night time use is limited. I eagerly await your reply as you have technically had the watch longer than I have, can you not share?
