Day 5 of #EcoKindYogi Challenge! • #sideanglepose and #biodiversity 🌏The following pictures speak for themselves. Our actions or lack of action are destroying our world and the consequences are devastating! Every action has an equal and opposite reaction and the earth is symbiotic. We need healthy oceans for sustenance and weather. We need forests for clean air. We need POLITICIANS AND WORLD LEADERS WHO ARE WITHOUT GREED. Leaders that are for the people. Two simple ways you can help with climate change: 1. Line dry your clothes. Not only does it save energy, it helps your clothes to last longer. Which means you are not contributing to dirty fossil fuel usage by purchasing clothing shipped on freight liners. . 2. Live in the climate. Pay attention to what temperature you set your air conditioner and heating systems to. It is the biggest residential demand. While we need heat to not freeze to death, temperatures at 66 are fuel efficient. And while 70 degrees is lovely, when it’s 100 outside it is definitely an energy sucker. Day 1, Introduce yourself . I try to be as eco conscious as Possible But I forget my shopping bags I buy items In Plastic I never litter but I am a huge consumer of stuff but I always pick up trash if I see it I try to reduce and reuse and yet I buy online way too much I walk and take public transportation as much as I can But I put over 15000 miles a year on my car I use only organic products but they also come wrapped in plastic I Don’t use anything made with palm oil I am a green living certified coach I grow my own food and buy as much local grown products I eat only grass fed free range I try to respect Mother Earth This planet we live on is truly breathtaking in its beauty but there are many threats that could possibly take away that beauty. It’s easy to ignore these threats when you don’t witness them firsthand. However, if we all want this world to be a true paradise then we all need to take steps to make it that way 🌎 Join us in our challenge #EcoKindYogi as we discuss steps you can take to make this world a paradise and practice poses you can do to build up to Bird of Paradise. . .
