I really wish people would stop conflating Sexualization with Objectification. Those are two different things.

Sexualization means to give something or someone sexual appeal; often by emphasizing certain bodily features or aspects. It only starts becoming Objectification when you take away or reject the person's humanity/personhood.

Look, I have no doubt a lot of the sexualized things or sexy tropes in the modern day like boobs and ass or women in bikinis were started by absolute sex pests that don't think of women as human. But at the same time, people can just develop an attraction to those things. Also I'm pretty sure most tropes like these have long since evolved past being an excuse for men to treat women like shit, and are just treated as a regular thing to be attracted to.

Like there isn't really anything wrong with finding a lady in a bikini hot. Same with finding certain body parts hot. Again, people can just develop an attraction to those things over time; You can enjoy sexualized things and still treat women as people. In fact I'm willing to go out on a limb and say a lot more NSFW creators like me respect women's humanity more than most of the people that get heated over stuff like jiggle physics. It's often these kinds of people that are more obsessed with female anatomy than us.

This shit especially peeves me off cuz it feels like a lot of the peeps saying this, indirectly imply that men as a whole are all sex pests and that any kind of sexual feelings are evil when, NO! Thinking things are sexy is not this evil act, it's a natural thing humans do. I may be Aro Ace, but I'm also a very Hetero man who is a massive horny degen freak, but I hate being lumped in with the same people who use their sexuality or hornyness as an excuse to treat women however they want.

Bit of a disjointed rant, but this has been on my mind for ages now.

Meet Opal

Opal is a Gardevoir who works in an alternative medicine/meditation shop where she specializes in psychological therapy. This therapy involves laying the client on her belly, and using her psychic powers to put them into a trance/dream-like state; during which, Opal will absorb all the negative emotions from the client.

Though she has immense psychic control over the negativity she absorbed from her clients, it has affected her in small but noticeable ways before. At some point in the past, she had healed a client who had an eating disorder; and the negative emotions surrounding their disorder were so strong, it had affected her eating habits, causing her to crave larger and larger amounts of food over time eventually resulting in her obesity

Over time, the accumulated negativity seemed to have gained it's own sentience, becoming a sort of spirit which Opal is now host to. Opal learned of this spirit after she had noticed her belly moving and jiggling on its own as well as strange bulges forming on her belly. At first, this spirit could only talk to her directly in her dreams, but as she absorbed more and more negativity from her clients, it was able to take a more physical form for her to talk to. She would then name this spirit "Bias". Eventually, Bias would become able to siphon any negative emotions from anyone around Opal into themself
