Let's talk about what happened because I was doing really well and then crashed hard:

In short? I've noticed that I've been burned out for over 3 years before starting university this year; I worked even before I went to school for ECE (Early Childhood Ed) during the pandemic. I worked full-time during my ECE schooling and now part-time with full-time studies.

I have yet to take a break for myself.

Yesterday I had a huuuuuge breakdown because I don't have a lot of energy anymore and my chronic illnesses are acting up once again, I was going to take summer classes but not anymore, I don't think I'm even going to work this summer.

Ya girl is tired. So I will rethink this for now, put it on hold and try again later. I'm still going to the gym and reading.

I'm currently hyperfixating on some fandoms/characters I've only recently become interested in so that's essentially the only content I'm consuming.
