𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 | Another burger restaurant that was recommended to me by a lot of people to try whilst I was in Amsterdam was @thebutcher_official, and I can see why. They are a part of @the_entourage_group and have numerous locations, of which I visited at @magnaplazaoficial. They use Angus beef, and as I mentioned previously there is no dry ageing of meat in Amsterdam and no consideration into rare breeds, but this was one tasty burger. This was The Daddy; 230g Angus patty, melted Edam cheese, bacon, bbq sauce, and grilled onions. It’s big, it’s beefy, it’s damn tasty. Edam isn’t a cheese you usually get in burgers in London, but I liked it. It’s creamy, it melts well, it goes nicely with bacon. Also, a shout out to their fries and popcorn chicken, which were pretty above average too. But the MVP here are their sauces.
