(Read) When I started this podcast I said that if at least 3 people listened then it was great. I started this podcast as a compliment to my (at some point in life) coming book about the importance of Physical Education beyond the ideas of competitive sports, fad diets, and fitness trends. It was a way to get myself out of the comfort zone and talk to other professionals about what they do and how (what they do) influences people's learning and well-being. It was also a way to put out there (to share) information that the average Physical Educator and Fitness Coach doesn't have access to. To expose the realities (bad and good) of the health, fitness, education, and other industries and how these are affecting us not just physically but socially, intellectually, consciously, emotionally, and cognitively. I have talked to teachers and educators, psychologists, journalists, scientists, and coaches and I intend to keep doing so (so if you are one of those, let me know and let's talk). There is no one single way to look at what is going on, good or bad, and that is why I discuss and explore in my podcast the areas of Science, Culture, Learning, and Health. To those who have listened to Edification & Well-being, thank you, and write me a review, let me know what you think. To those who have collaborated so far (@kristinabruce_coach , @danallan.parkour.54 , @lilipickens , @ascientistgoesthedistance , @drlaurenhodges , @skenazy_skenazy , @zoltan_istvan ) you guys are awesome and keep doing a good job, thanks, and hopefully, we can do this again in the future. I will keep exploring and sharing and talking and moving, and I hope you too.
