When thinking of exercising, most people think of using typical equipment, gadgets, and gimmicks, as well as going to the gym, and or doing the typical body shaping exercises (presses, push up, squats, etc.). Here I am working all of my body without any of those things, at a natural gym, with natural movement, and integrating the social aspect of health. I walked about 2 miles today, in intervals, carrying my daughter - going up and down stairs, hills, under and over things (trees, plants, rocks, muddy floor, gravel, sand)... what a tremendous workout, and way to connect, and exercise practical survival skills. Fundamental movements, checked - strength, checked - cardio, checked, endurance, checked - metabolic workout, checked, balance and stability, checked, core training, checked. All in one.
