not dropout related bc its been too busy but imagining the sheggs function like pokemon eggs like u gotta carry em around and shit, some of em u have to introduce special items. pokemon style shomunculi (shane homunculi) NOW

i feel like if we find the right combination of people we could get that to be a real gadget!! idk if you had those toy eggs that you could put in water and a dinosaur would hatch out of them, but we could do that with the shomunculi EASY.

but if we're talking about real shegg science, my theory is that only the fertilized ones can hatch after a long incubation and that the shomunculi die when a winning strike is broken. more real shegg science here

me again! i don't know how this egg a/b/o situation would work for shane because i'm assuming in this universe he would be the egg-quivalent of a beta. so alpha ilya could knock him up but then the concern would be how the eggs would be incubated. which does lend itself quite handily to the anxious shane "ilya where am i going to lay my eggs" situation but still. surrogate omEGGa? like rose? or they would have to figure out some kind of egg nicu situation so the eggs could be incubated outside a body. much to contemplate..

I love that you've put this much thought in it anon, but I fear shane is an omega in every universe. is there a way we can still make that happen and it being scientifically accurate to your universe?? also I think yuna would not spare any expenses if she thought she could get the ultimate genetically perfect hockey player from one of the sheggs, so the incubation wouldn't be a problem
