This is what I was craving the moment I woke up: a burger with pickled onions and mayochup (mayo & ketchup). I used @alternasweets ketchup. Yes mayochup is a thing that I recently found out about because my daughter loves it. ▫️ And those pickled onions! Soooo good! I saw them on @easy_lc_living page a looooong time and and finally made them. I followed @peaceloveandlowcarb recipe and was so easy to make. THIS CHAFFLE IS A GAME CHANGER! (Español ⬇️) ▫️ This cheesy waffle aka chaffle is a total sandwich game changer. I had eaten them before for an egg fast and ate them with sour cream. ▫️ Last week I saw many use it as buns. Oh my! They make you feel like you are holding a burger with a regular bun. ▫️ This was one of my transition meals when we were out with the family. We had planned to go to @burgerking so I quickly made 2 chaffles before leaving. I asked for a Whopper with only cheese and mayo and used the chaffles as my buns. I will definitely be using these a lot more often. ▫️ Chaffle is just cheese and eggs mixed together and cooking it in my mini waffle maker. I made the mix with 1 egg and 1/8 cup shredded cheese. I added some salt and pepper. It made 2 chaffles. You can add more to make them thicker and more dense. ▪️ ¡ESTE CHAFFLE ES UNA NECESIDAD! Este waffle de queso alias chaffle es un cambiador total de sandwich. Los había comido antes para el ayuno de huevo y los comí con crema agria. ▫️ La semana pasada vi a muchos usarlo como pan de hamburguesa. ¡Hijole! Te hacen sentir como si estuvieras sosteniendo una hamburguesa con un pan regular. ▫️ Esta fue una de mis comidas de transición cuando salímis con la familia eats fin de semana. Habíamos planeado ir a @burgerking así que rápidamente hice 2 chaffles antes de irme. Pedí un Whopper con solo queso y mayonesa y usé los chaffles como pan. Definitivamente voy a utilizar estos con más frecuencia. ▫️ El chaffle es solo queso y huevos mezclados. Hice la mezcla con 1 huevo y 1/8 taza de queso rallado. Agregué un poco de sal y pimienta. Hizo 2 chaffles.
