Yes! all of them do in fact!!! Even though not all of them are in roles for fighting they do all have a weapon of choice in case of bigger emergencies/issues. I’ve never actually designed any of them but now is better then never right…
yapping about the designs below :3
Hibiki: this one I didn’t draw here bc I’ve drawn him many times before with his scythe, but the main reason I chose a scythe is because it’s typically associated with death and he is a grim reaper type figure. I added bows to make it more himself.
Eloise: so if you’ve peaked at the OC lore pages you might have seen that Eloise was really into boats and sailing and such. I decided to give her a glittery pink pirate sword because I felt like it combined her two interests well. (also for the record I used REAL GLITTER on her sword here and god I hate glitter but yk what I do it for the love of the game) Also I drew her in a different outfit here at the thought that I could make it more practical for fighting but as I kept drawing I realized there is no such thing as an Eloise outfit that is practical for fighting.
Raymond: pretty simple thought process here which is that Raymond was good with guns during his life so he gets guns during his death. But instead of just one he has two that can clip onto his belt. I lowkey just never draw them because I hate drawing guns.
Sun: She gives me cupid vibes so I wanted to give her a bow n arrow with that kind of thought. Sometimes I draw her design with little wings and then yk with hearts n stuff which is where I get the cupid vibes from…I also just feel like out of all the weapons that one fits her the most.
Yrjö: So, from the beginning, I kinda knew I wanted Yrjö to get the morning star because it’s my favorite weapon so I had to give it to either him or Santi. But I was conflicted because Yrjö has very limited arm mobility so I knew that it wouldn’t be realistic for him to be able to whip around a morning star. BUT this is a fantasy story therefore I can give him fantasy powers…so basically it’s a mold of his right arm that has the chain wrapped around and secured to it and with his energy he can focus it into the mold and therefore force it forward and such. This does strain him pretty bad so he is not used for fighting often. Also obviously plant themed because duh Yrjö
Jaya: Lowkey the thought of Jaya with nunchucks made me giggle but in all seriousness she would train hard to master those things– like out of all the council members she definitely has the most determination to do something like that. Also I don’t think she would fight often so she doesn’t need something super long range.
Taro: This design I’m not really happy with as of rn so it will probably change in the future once I get a better idea…I like the idea of the katana but I can’t figure out how exactly I want to make it Taro’s. I was mostly thinking of like beads n flowers or electricity but idk those are all kinda random. I definitely think they would like something pretty I just don’t know how to make a katana more lavish. Also flowers are kinda Yrjö’s thing and I do the electricity looking motif for Raymond’s gun so I’m thinking more of a gemstone/bead design I just don’t know how I want to execute it (yes the sword case is bedazzled).
Sophia: Sophia has always been very Harley Quinn inspired so it’s only fair that she gets a massive hammer. Also her weapon is definitely the only one I had pre-designed in my head I just hadn’t put it onto paper. Also she get’s a big weapon bc she has that comically big weapon energy.
Santiago: So I was going to give him the morning star but then my friend was like no he should have a sword because pen mightier than the sword and so then I was thinking about hmmm how can I combine a pen and a sword…so I went to Pinterest and got the idea from this really cool design I saw (the linked handle is sanyokvampire on deviantart) which had the pen ink making up the sword. To go even further I decided to make the sword his master key that he has (which can be seen in a painting I’ve made in the past) which is why the bottom is circular.
Jökull: MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO MY FRIEND FOR THIS ONE because originally I was gonna give him a comically oversized sword to go with Hibiki’s comically oversized scythe but my friend was like nah he seems more like a labrys type guy and I was like YES YOU’RE SO FUCKING RIGHT. And this is probably one of my favorite weapon designs of the cast. The middle is supposed to be a snowflake-esque thing since I give him a lot of wintery imagery and symbols.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY CLH AAAND CLH RAYMAN AKA REI!!!! that was the original intent but the comic did take like, days so I’m a litttlee late BUT this can be seen as a stand-alone Raymania comic!!!

i headcanon it was more like “awh baby heart took baby mind’s binkie wahhh” when they were babies
and when they were young childrens heart just like slapped mind across the face >:(
but when they were pre-teens that’s when heart finally got a gun and the first time he actually shot mind it was like. the worst thing ever for all of them. like tween mind is extremely hurt (emotionally but also physically lol) and hiding in his room, tween heart is choking on his own sobs in apathy and tween soul is feeling like the worst person on the planet for blinding heart,,,,,, mmm yessss the whump
when they were teens mind went through a hippie phase and heart went through an emo phase so when heart shoots mind it’s like a big deal for heart but mind is like “it’s okay fren :D” and heart’s like “SHUT YO BITCH ASS UP” and so even though mind isn’t particularly hostile during this period heart makes up for it and eventually pisses mind off finally so then mind can fulfill his part of trying to take over n stuff
and then adults is just like normal juno incident an’ whatnot
