Uh yeah if you see a gif/video/picture of a cat that looks like its crying, and its not obviously photoedited, that's. That is a sick cat.

Cats get watery eyes when they have respiratory infections. They aren't crying, they're sick. I just saw someone use a gif of a clearly ill cat blinking and trying to look away from the camera with its eyes watering so much there's mucus on its face.... and I just......can we not do that please? Its not cute or funny. That cat is sick and uncomfortable if not in danger. You could really tell someone was sticking their phone in its face to get the video, which is bad enough normally, and just straight up cruel when your cat is literally sick.

Most of the "crying cat" images are photoedits copying an original picture, and are overezaggerated, but like. This was just. Literally a gif of a sick cat and its being casually used as a reaction image.....

Lets. Not do that. Just don't do that.

If your cat had watery eyes you need to bring it to the vet.

Calling a topic that's hard to handle "politics" is a pussy way out of having an opinion. Gay rights isn't "politics", not treating black people like shit isn't "politics", paying women the same as men for the same job isn't "politics". Avoiding topics like these does not make you strong or calm. It means you are looking the other way. However, there are situations where if you say Black Lives Matter, you will get disowned from your entire family. When you even think about a woman being able to marry a woman around people that could ruin your life, like family, you feel guilty and it gets hard, and you sometimes become the coward you hate. You are still strong. You can still hold these beliefs. The belief in liberty and justice for ALL. Vote like you believe it. When you're out of the house, and talking with friends, or peers, this is when you can take off the mask and say what you believe in.
