i feel like if dudebro sns-antis actually took a single moment to slow down from their internalized homophobia, heteronormative elitism, and literal lack of ability to listen to evidence and reason, all instead of spouting actual hate and throwing death threats at us over fictionㅡthey could easily be convinced of why sns makes sense, because it's- it's just there. it's literally the story itself.

it's the literal glue of the story that supports it. it's not some tiny little subplot we beg to consider, or filler we fight to get recognized as 'anime canon', nor is it even a singular isolated moment between them that sparked the flame like they assume it to be (they literally think we took just their first kiss and ran with that, i'm not jokingㅡthey think that's it)ㅡamong other obvious things, it is the driving force of their bond alone that makes it so obvious, and is constantly reminded to us throughout the series.

and at this point? i have to drum it up to it honestly being either selective consumption of what they choose to see/hear, or? truly just ignorance.
