Updates, fandom representation, and fill the queue/Special Ask Box Opening
Good morning my lovelies 😊 I’m about to head into a twelve hour shift today but I wanted to get this up before I did. So, for those unaware, which is largely all of you, I started at 282 requests in the inbox or in folders that I have dedicated to requests (because I don’t always trust tumblr not to delete asks because it is notorious for doing that to me). Between posting, the queue, or finished posts I need to add to the queue when I have free time, I have 212 requests currently remaining. 4 of those are either admin chatter type requests or reader appreciation, 1 is a Bleach request, 2 are Blue Lock requests, 5 are BNHA requests, 2 are BSD requests, 4 are COTT requests, 4 are ES21 requests, 7 are Fairy Tail requests, 20 are Haikyuu requests, 4 are Ikemen Revolution requests, 46 are K Project requests, 77 are KHR requests, 5 are KNB requests, 1 is a Magi request, 1 is a Mashle request, 1 is a Mystic Messenger request, 8 are Nanbaka requests, 1 is an Ouran request, 2 are Ronin Warriors requests, 5 are Saiyuki requests, 1 is a Servamp request, 1 is a The Royal Tutor request, and 2 are Wind Breaker requests.
As most of you know now, I’m also working really hard on a Patreon. I’ve scaled back the scale of how it’s going to work because my original plan was a little ambitious. I’m still hoping to get to the original plans for it, but for now, it will be scaled back to a free option (where you’ll get a monthly treat of some type of fan content), and then 3 membership paid tiers (one where you’ll get headcanons (longer by far than the ones on here and more detailed), one where you’ll get access to the headcanons plus one-shot stories, then one where you’ll get access to the headcanons, one-shot stories, and a monthly multi-chaptered stories). Every month, the Patreon will feature one particular fandom. There will also be the shop for commissionable items. On the Patreon, and eventually on here when I complete the queue up to where I’m comfortable with focusing on and launching the Patreon (I want at least 3 months of content on it before I launch), there will now be a grand total of 102 fandoms I’ll be writing for and accepting commissions/requests for.
For those who have guessed at the Battle Royale – at least one of you was definitely correct. The Battle Royale will figure out what fandoms are getting full revisits first and will be featured on the Patreon first. On top of that, the winning fandom will get a cool event on here when the battles are done, plus you guys will get some fun story-esque headcanons as the battles go along, posted as quickly after the battle's end as my schedule will allow. So please vote!! Reader input really helps in these cases.
On top of wanting to update all you lovelies on that, I have been doing my best, along with getting requests put into the queue, to represent all the different fandoms in the queue. I’ve been doing this by tossing just random headcanons in there for the fandoms through unrequested posts but honestly guys, I hate using unrequested posts. I’d much rather answer a request in the queue, give at least one person something they truly want to read. Which is why I’ve brought back the ask box and why it, and my sidebar, says that the box is only open for an event! The event is as follows: I took out all fandoms that have requests already. From there, there are 76 fandoms left. I wrote a list of 76 prompts. Rules are simple:
ONE CHARACTER PER FANDOM, ONE FANDOM, ONE PROMPT PER REQUEST.
Asks that do not follow this rule will be deleted. As often as I am able to, I’ll be updating the list. If there is a strike-through through the fandom or the prompt, it’s because I have a request for it and thus a chance for the fandom to be featured in the queue. Anything with a strike-through is no longer able to be requested. You will notice there are some repeat options in the prompts and that is because I find those particular prompts tend to be popular.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES, but other than that, go wild guys! I love and am asking for these requests and as long as rules are followed, I will be genuinely thrilled to see each new request come in!
