Plasma Sword - an age-old sword, slower than heavy weapons

A while back I had come up with a cool sounding story, and it’s still lingering in the back of my head. I had never posted these sketches yet, but here you go!

Basically the story would be called Dragon Knights. It’s basically about the traditional knight vs Dragons concept, only set in present day with the knights having electric powered weapons and the dragons are more shape-shifters that have mingled with humanity since the beginning. The knights are set out to destroy all the dragons, and the dragons obviously defend and attack back.

The main story is about a girl who is a dragon shifter and her best friend, who happends to be a knight. The two end up in all sort of hi-jinks while discovering the dark past of the conflict between the two factions. That past being none other that what is known as the Shadow Dragon and Shadow Knight, who’s mysterious and deadly. The two friends, along with allies they make along the journey, set out to defeat the shadows and bring peace to the two factions.
