___  This much responsibility comes with a lack of vacation days. And a grumpy attitude. Whatever he does, he does it to protect the gems around him. 

Might one particular gem get through to him and might he experience -- oh, no -- a Positive Emotion?

i decided to redo nihonium

for the periodic table @chromarrays

I love the original title style, but I’m also realizing while it looks cool on its own, its a bit too complex in terms of the lettering and special effects that it leaves very little room for doing extra stuff with it.  Also the “Edge of Darkness” portion is hard to read from a distance.  Overall even with the time I took to redo it with cleaner lines and such, it still didn’t feel like it would stand up to the future aspects of this project.   As a result I went ahead and played around with a Arabian Nights Theme Font pack, but preserving shapes and style of the original as best as possible.  In the end it was a lot of messing around with aspects in Photoshop, but the end result has grown on me just in the past two weeks alone.  I can honestly see this working much better as the official title for the series.  More than open to any feedback or opinions as soon enough I’ll have to pick out a style and stick to it, but this does take the top place on the list so far.  Not sure how I can top it at the moment......

Another couple of gems for @pyro-draws and @blasphysics' elemental gems. This time Oxygen. They are often working in pairs and are in charge of several work sites that have gems like Radium, Bismuth, Lead, etc. They are able to grab a gem with their gloved hand and spread 'rust' onto that gem's body, which is very painful and stays on for a while. The 'rust' does come off over time and it is often used as a form of punishment. She/Her pronouns for both of them Enjoy~

So I’m sure this is fraught with mistakes, but like. I just cannot be bothered with it any longer. All I wanted was a reference sheet for Arsenic, and then...everything got out of hand. So, before I continue the Tainted Waters series, here’s this real quick. 

Notes: 

When Arsenic is “working,” she puts her hair back in a braid, hence the bottom picture. 

Three streaks in her quiff; yellow always on her left, orange on her right. The crown is behind the quiff, btw.

Got them sharp teeth. 

The short sleeves are actually part of her jacket. The jacket itself doesn’t have any zippers or buttons; it just stays open. 

It’s not common for her to use human weapons (like the gun on the left), but sometimes a girl needs more variety than a crossbow can provide. Besides, she sells them. 

Her pear shape isn’t as evident as I’d like, but it’s a thing; narrow shoulders and wide hips.

Kai's spirit was going to return to the spirit realm being free and being able to rest in peace along with the other warriors accompanied by Tai lung but the elemental gems alone emitted a glow and against his will he took out his soul and the gems formed jn circle and began to revive Kai by reincarnating and creating a new body, becoming a troll and starting his new life and in addition, Kai as a troll, Kai has a latent power that was not given to him by the gems, but a power that will soon be able to awaken.
