Slowly getting back into the groove of things after the week before! My work schedule was wonky last week and with the holiday coming up it’s going to continue to be all shifted, I just really need to focus on prioritizing getting in my workouts!

This was my first week of my new job aka TONS of more commuting :(
This was me trying to just get anything in, and as you’ll see through the following week or two I really struggled but still, anything is better than nothing?
This was then I realized that I may have to give up on my dream of being a morning workout person! I was always so frustrated and hard on myself when I didn’t do a morning workout that it kinda killed any hope of fitting it in later in the day!
Now I KNOW that I have to do my workout at night and can plan accordingly, something I’m much more likely to stick with!
