I may or may not have accidentally dropped a 380lb tire on my foot. But I can wiggle all my toes so they’re not broken 😇 bruise is currently developing like a Polaroid

I’ve been working out I just suck at posting daily lol. But:

Slowly getting back into the groove of things after the week before! My work schedule was wonky last week and with the holiday coming up it’s going to continue to be all shifted, I just really need to focus on prioritizing getting in my workouts!

Last weeks log! Had another half hour of cardio scheduled for Friday but I wound up leaving for vacation earlier than expected (Friday morning instead of evening) so I had to cut it short :(
A post-moving slowly getting back into it week! The following week is better for sure :) no excuses!
GYM LOG
Sooooo its been forever since I made a gym log post. I have been going to the gym, I swear. Its just that the last 3 times that I created a post it didn't go through so I got disheartened.
This past week I did mostly legs because I hurt my wrist while doing homework. Because of course I would. Been feeling good. I did take the week before last off because I got my period and the firs dose of the vaccine and I was honestly just not feeling it. But I'll try to be more consistent.

Today was upper body day! It’s my second day taking pre workout and I felt good! Did mostly back, shoulders and a little chest. Also did hyperextensions and abs. Here’s so little leg pump from yesterday.
