There is no better day than today to communicate and express yourself. It is a time to communicate your thoughts and feelings and anything you may have been suppressing up till now. Let It Go and Let it Flow out in the way you communicate and express yourself. Ride the wave of your soul and connect not only to your truth, your voice as well as your throat chakra but also to the water element. It will benefit you greatly. It may feel like a big risk... But relax and breathe! This will only create blockages and imbalances. You're worthy of being heard. Have you been holding back out of fear or worry? Have you been getting issues around your throat? Is there something you feel like you need to get off your chest? Do you struggle to find the right words? Let go of the stagnant and stale energy. Tune in to what you need to say and make sure to share from a place of Truth and integrity. Drop into your heart and connect to the flow of your own energy and let go of what no longer serves you. Speaking your truth... Its asking to act from a place of courage and empowerment, and it is your time to embrace these traits. When you are able to express and communicate your truth that is when you can experience a deeper sense of peace and well-being for yourself. As you express yourself you will feel a greater self-worth, empowerment and sense of freedom. It is time to speak up and say what you need to say with love from the heart.
