How I Learned Milk Makes Me Gassy...

Was telling someone this story and thought you all might appreciate it too 😉

I was 19 and just starting to get actively curious about trigger foods, making myself gassy and such. I had a shorter day of classes so I decided I would check and see if I was lactose intolerant or not (it runs in my family so it wasn't impossible), so instead of breakfast I chugged a glass and a half of whole milk. I figured since it was only a half-day I'd be out of public before any results kicked in.

I was wrong.

During my first class I started to feel little rumbles in my stomach. Nothing crazy, but enough to signal to me that I had miscalculated and I was about to have some trouble. Sure enough, in about an hour it felt like someone had inflated a soccer ball in my belly. I really REALLY didn't want to let it out because I could feel that the gas wasn't going to be subtle in sound or smell.

But I reached my breaking point during my second to last class. I eked open my buttcheeks as little as possible to let out a constant but very hot and silent stream of gas. And once I let one out, it would be quickly replaced by like 5 more farts that were just as big. We were taking a test and one of the girls in the class suddenly said "whoever's farting needs to STOP". I was so embarrassed they probably knew it was me from how red I was. Finally I was able to get to the bathroom where I just did nothing but rip huge amounts of ass for like 30 minutes. But I look back on that story very fondly now hehe
