Throwback to March of 2013! Not so long after I saw the movie. I remember that night very clearly. Getting close to Christmas time, it was cold, and I don’t recall exactly why but I wasn’t feeling too great. So, my mom knew I’d been wanting to see this movie and told me to get my coat because we were going right that minute! It turned my frown upside down in more ways than one. I felt like I’d reverted back to ten years old, beaming as I walked out the cinema door. Rise of the Guardians really gave me a second childhood. I’ve always been a kid at heart, I still love watching Barbie movies and Thomas the Tank Engine! I think Jack showed me I can still be a kid and have fun AND have responsibilities too. I couldn’t be more grateful.❤️ And here’s when I got my hair cut, buckled up in the car, and realized who this style reminded me of. I’m much too tall to play Flee as she looks in the movie, but I think I could conjure up a cosplay for her a little further along and remembering her wild and wonderful big brother who always plays tricks. Looking at these pictures now... My next trip to the hair dresser might see me coming back like this again! The wonderful and talented guy who cuts my hair has done since I was 12, so he’s seen me grow up but I don’t feel any older than when I first met him to now. In short, RotG has done more for me than I could express in one IG description. I dearly hope we see a TV series come to life! ❄️ . . . . . @heybilljoyce @dreamworksanimation ❄️ #riseoftheguardians #rotgmatters #heybilljoyce #dreamworksanimation #dreamworks #ibelieveibelieveibelieve #jackfrost #jackfrostcosplay #fightfearwithfun #guardiansofchildhood #goc #fleeoverland #emmaoverland #throwback https://www.instagram.com/p/BsrospYFGUx/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=plfy85gfm8wd
