Here is a poem I wrote in 2017 along with a pen drawing. The photo is a bit blurry, but I really like this poem and thought I’d share. It’s about love protecting me from the harshness of life. 

It’s called “Infinity”. 

“My mind races through time, I'm lost. A moment before my demise, you descend to me. My cries are muffled, I take your breath. The bitter taste replaced with ecstasy. The world turns  still as I fall deep into your gaze. Slowly I ride to a peaceful place where starry waves sing their songs of infinity. Into the void of a space where I forget all I have faced. Finally I'm free, I can hardly see in front of me. My eyes are shielded by your embrace.“
