I keep on posting my old ML drawings. To be honest, I don't care who will be the peacock miraculous holder - Nathalie or Emilie. I love both these characters, they are beautiful! These charming women deserve more attention!

I’m actually hoping this has more to do with Emilie—EmNath—honestly?

Why? Because they pulled it out of whoever’s ass, you know? (I'm not saying it wasn’t planned, but it wasn’t presented.) I mean, let’s be real, the only reason it's believable is because the show has a history of pulling legit couples (among other things) out of thin air, so this is “believable” as anything. It really does nothing for “surprise”, just frustration, and it kind of axes away at the suspension bridge of disbelief. There is no visible buildup beyond... existing within reasonable distance and being on amicable terms.

I kind of sort of wish, but like with zero hope, they “subvert” that this time? Nathalie villaining for Emilie. Can’t quite show build-up when one half is missing, can you? So yeah, it would have an excuse. So imagine Nathalie’d already accepted she’s gone, but seeing Gabriel give up hope but then return motivated her, too.
